Yes! We recommend taking Daily Essentials during the morning or afternoon, and Sleep Essentials in the evening at least 60 minutes before bed. All products are safe and most effective when taken daily.
Login to your account at https://www.dailygem.co/account/login. Next, click on your listed subscription. From there you can change flavors, frequency of shipments, delay your next order date, and more.
You can also text ‘Modify Order’ to 415-340-6085 and the GEM bot will walk you through your options.

The recommended dose of GEM is one per day, but if your diet is out of whack, you need an extra pep in your step, or are craving another bite of GEM, there’s no harm in taking an extra one!
However, eating more than 3 bites per day is not recommended.

If you would prefer to change your flavor or modify your charge date instead of cancel, you can text ‘Modify Order’ to 415-340-6085 and the GEM bot will walk you through your options.
If you’d like to cancel, you can text ‘End Subscription’. If you have more than one active subscription (including Route shipping insurance) you will need to go through the cancellation flow for each subscription, or you can login to your account via our website (explained below) to cancel your other subscriptions.
Alternatively, you can login to your account here. Click on your listed subscription. Then click “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to completion.
